I was never a supporter of fad diets because our weight, just like our look, is affected by what we eat and do every day in long term. So we have to learn how to eat healthy and balanced with natural food, spices and herbs. They are the best.
I also think that intermittent fasting works very well, don’t you think? When I remember how I used to support eating 5 meals or snacks a day, I have to laugh now. It’ s better not to do that.
